jeanlelloucheHi Paul,
I allow myself to post a comment about ‘paul’s swing tip’, on this very last tip, because it seems you don’t have receive it on the right item.
“I have a question when you start your downswing, your head go down a little bit until the release point.
Is it not a problem because all along your backswing, your head is at the same level, a little higher ?
I don’t know if i have to make it equally.”
Thanks for your answer

Paul WilsonI have replied already to you on this topic. Here is the previous reply:
The head is only going down because when you hit a golf ball you are using your lower body, when the lower body is fired fast the upper body hangs back very slightly, like pressing the accelerator on a car, and this is why the upper body hangs back and the head goes down slightly. Work on using your lower body correctly and then using your lower body faster and your head will seem as if it goes down very slightly. Do not be working on actually changing levels with your head.

AaronRupertHi Paul,
I have experienced the ball going father when I do not try to hit it harder. So. i know it does work. However, it is second nature to try to gain more speed to gain more yardage.. Then I try to rotate my hips faster. Everything seems to get out of sync. Do you have any suggestion on how to keep the swing in sync when you try to use quicker hip rotation?
Thanks for your anticipated answer.

Paul WilsonKeep it effortless and trying not to hit, you will continue to gain distance by getting more confidence. This is a pretty common problem with most golfers; seeing some distance and then trying to add more but you end up adding more with your arms. You can try on the range by adding more speed with your hips, you will be totally out of sync but you have to continue to try it. Gaining more speed is tough. These are great tips to start with:

JeffLaneI love all of these tips and I’m close to pulling the trigger on the Body Swing deal but I was wondering if all that information is already here in ignition golf which I am subscribed already. Thank you for your great website.

Paul WilsonThe BodySwing would be the full A to Z on how to build your golf swing. This is a step by step on how to work on the swing, how to fix the swing, how to work on the swing inside and some other areas. Some of the info is in Ignition Golf, but not the exact step by step guide, Ignition Golf is the complement to Body Swing. There is a full money back guarantee for The BodySwing.
