​Swing Caddie Differences

​All of the swing caddies I have tested work great and all units incorporate the ​2 different modes below. The difference is in the data that they provide.  Here are the modes found on all of the portable launch monitors above:

SC​200 PLUS - ​​has a new feature called Practice Swing Mode.  Now you don't even have to hit a ball with this unit.  Simply set it up at home and start doing practice swings.   When you do it will tell you your swing speed.  Now even if you can't hit golf balls you can still use the Swing Caddie SC200 PLUS to see if your swing changes are giving you ​a faster swing speed.   ​SC200 PLUS allows you to dial in the lofts of all of your clubs to allow for more accurate data.  They also added a voice which calls out the carry distance so you don't even have to look at the device.  This makes it super handy as you hit balls.  This unit requires 4 AAA batteries.

SC​300 - ​has taken the portable launch monitor to new heights.   With the addition of launch angle, apex and spin (on included app) you get even more data.​  It also includes the voice feature as well as ​a rechargeable battery with ​approx. 12 hours of use.  If you want even more data you can't go wrong with the SC300.
