  1. Jeremy ,I know this exersise in another form :you are on your knees ,Arms extended to the ground ,as if you were going to do push ups .The “Alternate arm and leg lift “is don e from the kneeling position .
Do the two exersises provide the same benefits ?
To ” beef up “” the drill ,you CAN hold a light dumbell -2,5 lbs- in the lifting hand and strap weights on the ankles !

    • Hi Raymond,
The exercise you’re referring to “Bird Dogs” is a bit easier. When you’re prone like the Superman exercise position the arm and leg lift are forced to move into a more extreme range of motion.

My assistant, Pete Mitchell is offering you a special deal on Skype Video Lessons. If you buy 3 you get a 4th lesson FREE!

So many people keep wondering if they are doing the right positions as they work on their swing. With Skype, we can now watch exactly what you are doing and check it for you.

Skype is a free program that allows you to connect to us through video on your phone, iPad or computer.

If I had an opportunity like this when I was learning the swing I would have been all over it. Now, you don't have to guess and get on your way to building a great swing by the time spring rolls around.
