Being an old guy ,I concentrate mostly not to hurt my lower back (Lumber vertebrae )when starting off the first tees :I perform a number of twists with a club in hand ,such as you show ,then in front of a wall,feet one foot away from the wall and turning so as to put my hands flat behind me ,lowering my upper half slowly so as to touch my toes with my hands Some stretching exercises are taken from ancient book by FRANK JOBE “30 exercises for better golf “.
It’s also a must to find your tempo before you tee off :so I swing with two clubs in hand 5 or 6 times
