Thanks for the reminder, I was planking then let other exercises fill my time. I’ll get Pilates back into my variety, we shouldn’t do the same thing everyday.

I am doing til plank every morning (I am 73 years old). When I do the plank I turne my pelvis 45 degrees to the right og then 45 degrees to the left 6 times. I feel that he movement of the pelvis has been better and easier.
