RaymondCHASTELPaul ,I have nô problèm taking this test ,It has been the basis of m’y improvement .To acheive this ,I train to swing in an uslope ,such as the side of a TEE .This forces me to move deliberately on the front leg .
Question :is the feeling of ” crushing ” a small ball below the left foot a good or Bad idea ?( I do it to be sure to put m’y Weight fully on the front foot )

Paul WilsonRaymond,
Not sure if you have to have this feeling. If the weight has shifted properly the foot would be flat through impact with the weight evenly distributed on the foot. Into the through swing this foot would would roll to the outside edge between the heel and baby toe. So there is not way you would be crushing a ball at this point. If you are thinking crush the ball as you start down you have to be careful you are not dipping or sliding too much laterally as you come down.
