I am new to this site. I love what you people have here.
Keep up the great tips.
Few thoughts. I have been engulfed in a few books that brings me to these questions.
Can you recommend some techniques to help with self image?
I utilize this with a golfing goal. I read my golf goal daily at least 3 times.
I tell myself I am a par golfer. After I hit a shot that was what I wanted, I say to myself “That’s just like me.” If I have a miss-hit, I ask myself what can I learn from this miss-hit, and then forget about it. If I talk about my round with someone, I never talk about this bad ones, I only speak of the good shots.
