Your tips are terrific BTW…
I would be using 5/6/7 iron range. A 4 iron would be going VERY low, but maybe you have extremely low branches. I wouldn’t use fairway woods for punching under trees.

Swinging slightly slower can help, as you do not want too much backspin on your golf ball. The more backspin the higher the ball will go. You can try a lower spinning golf ball also if you are hitting it too high. More punch shots is important also, when playing in heavy winds.
