AndrewRobsonHi Paul,
I tend to start sliding after a number of shots, I really have to concentrate on not doing this, otherwise I notice I have started to slide again. I like your drill above and will work on this, but have a question about the front foot. Where should I have the weight on the front foot as I am uncoiling? Should it be on the inside or towards the heel or what?
Thanks, Andrew

Paul WilsonAndrew,
As you come through impact it will be evenly distributed on this foot the rolling to 90% on the outside edge of the heel.

JohnBensonI’m glad I came across this link in the previous comment you made on David Breslows last post. I was going to ask this question to you soon because I feel like I am bumping and sliding a bit and wasn’t sure if that was right or not. This answers my question perfectly!
