I am a new golfer – playing for about 6 months. I have been following your daily tips conscientiously. I have no problem touching the legs with the shorter clubs. However, I can’t get it with the longer irons and driver. Do I need to narrow my stance?

You certainly do need to narrow your stance. Keep in mind why I want you doing it. You need to narrow so you can touch. Touching gives you feedback so you know you are doing the exact same thing every time. If they are not touching you have no feedback so you will not be able to know if you are doing it. This will lead to you doing a different swing or your swing falling apart. I never want this to happen. If you make a mistake do it from too narrow a stance not too wide.
