    Hi Paul,

I have followed your program for some time now and the drives and 3′r wood are working well, though I still could wanted some more distance (the shots are now about 200meters).
My biggest problems is with my irons, I have lost a lot of distance here, for example with the 7iron which has got a reduced distance of 30-40 meters. I am not sure about what I am doing wrong but perhaps you have some tip ?

It is winter here in Norway so we are palying on simulators and I am also using mirrors at home as you have described in this video above.

    Kind Regards John

    Paul,
When one is in the follow through position, how much weight is on the right foot, if any? 10%? I ask because I have had chemotherapy that caused some neurapothy (sp?) in my feet. My balance is bad, but not what it used to be and I would like to use the right foot to help with the balance.

    Thanks,
    Len

      Len,

In the Follow Through you should have no more than 10% of your weight on this foot.

As with anything, if you cannot do something exactly right due to a physical issue you are going to have to figure out a workaround. In your case you may have to crunch this back toe to keep your balance. If so, watch out for fat shots and possibly hitting pushes due to having too much weight on this back foot through impact.
