MichaelQuarneNice Tip Paul,
Noticing your body position when full extension has been reach seems behind the body being ahead of ball on impact, or is the drill just for learning the “Y” effect? Not concerned with body position?

Paul WilsonMichael,
Wasn’t concerned with it. I wouldn’t have more of a backwards tilt as I was not firing my body hard. The harder you fire the more you tilt.

GeraldDerksenIt really is a nice tip. I always had a chicken wing and now it is gone.

Paul WilsonGerald,
Very good. Most ever golfer who learned as an adult has a chicken wing. It’s great when I get a person who comes for lessons without one.

JohnDavidsonHi Sir, First of all I really appreciate your Body Swing Product. I have been working hard on release and getting rid of the stupid chicken Wing. I have a question about the release Do I manually flip the lead wrist or does having powerless arms creates the flipping of the lead wrist. I have been working on loosening my wrist everyday because I know that they are tight. I know the new swing is going to take some time, but I already see the difference in my swing. I really appreciate your help improving my swing.

Paul WilsonHere are some of the best drills for you to be doing to get the looser wrists a lot faster:
