BillFreemanHi Paul,
This may be a little off topic but it’s related so I’ll ask: first, generally, my club can/will often touch the back of my head, parallel to the ears at the end of my swing. BUT, almost always my hands are at the top of, or even above, my head. What does that tell you?

Paul WilsonBill,
Usually swinging too much inside out will cause the hands to go up. If you hit pushes and big draws this would be you. Just try to manually fit in by doing practice swings in a mirror. IF you do this nightly for a week it should be fixed. Fixing this will fix the backswing.

PeterSauterThe hinging occurs on the pitch shot also, is that right? Would the 90 degree angle be below the eyes or the exact same follow through?

Paul WilsonPeter,
Yes you hinge your wrists on pitch shots. Just depends on the pitch shot you are hitting:

Short Game – Medium Pitch Shot: https://ignitiongolf.com/medium-pitch/
Short Game – Long Pitch Shot: https://ignitiongolf.com/long-pitch/
