I like this one. Not only does it feel good to stretch this way, it’s a good reminder to help eliminate my chicken wing which I am prone to but It’s happening a lot less throughout my first season.
Hi Jeremy,
This is an excellent tip to overcome the chicken-wing tendency.
It really works well and helps the muscle memory to keep the arms straight especially in follow-through.Thank you.
Ian.
Hey Jeremy, this really is an excellent stretch; difficult at first but extremely helpful in helping to limit the tendency I have to “compress/compact” my arms in the backswing….Also very good in aiding to fully reach 90 degree turn at the top….Thanks so much for this one….Rand
