KenBarkinPaul….should you mentally and physically start the lower body down Swing while the Backswing is still
going back ?

Paul WilsonYou need to set the top of the backswing first before you start the downswing. Check these tips out:

ThomasGrayHeh Paul……
good drill on the release……I got it working and the ball speed and distance were dramatically higher…..(I have a home foresight launch monitor, so I know the exact speeds, distance, etc) Unfortunately, it has stopped working!! Can;’t get it back…….Help!
Also, on the one piece takeaway, should your arms “spin’ to the right on the backswing, and then opposite to square the face on the downswing? If so, how much should your arm spin on the backswing? I ask the question because on your “one piece” takeaway tip, you say to keep the clubface square, to equal your upper body tilt….so if you do that, no wrist/arm turning to the right,…correct?
thanks again……tom

Paul WilsonIf you want to get back to manually releasing the golf club then you have to constantly be doing the roll over drill, always working on getting your wrists looser. This is a great drill to be doing to get the hinging a little easier:
