Greetings Jeremy I have added the “golfers plank” to my winter “Get Ready”/i do the regular plank for 6 min and thought the golfers would be easy WRONG 10 rep each way will do for a couple weeks.I also like the Roll Over arms above the head/I dont go to a gym and dont have room in the house for equipment so i like the exercises that dont require anything but me THANKS
