I was trying to improved my posture for about a year or 2 without very much progress. This routine is super impressive. I’ve been doing it for a month or so and the results are fantastic. My posture is way improved and I think because of that I’m not getting knots in my back all the time. My shoulders still need work to get them more back and down but this one routine is the best one I’ve ever experienced. Thanks so much for this tip.
You’re very welcome. If you’re getting really good you can take that TYIW to a lot of positions to help gain strength. A great one is to sit on the floor with your tailbone, back and head against the wall and do the same moves. Maybe I’ll do a video on that soon… thanks for the idea!

Dear Jeremy ,
Thanks to your enligthened Video lessons .I have discovered the Foam Roller .
I bought from the same source the one you demonstrate with .
Thes TYIW exercises are great to stretch your upper body and chest .
Do you have some exercises to strengthen the RHOMBOIDS which keep you from slouching ?
I do one with an elastic tubing that I Stretch in front of me .
Do you also have one to strengthen the lat
For the rhomboids you should check out the following:
1. Use the Prayer Stretch for Better Posture
2. TYIW Drill on the Wall
Also, the exercise you described is good too.
For the abdominals check out the videos called “More Exercises to Increase Clubhead Speed” and “Build Your Lower Body Strength for More Power.” Both of those involve the abdominal muscles you requested. Also, stay tuned for a new one we just finished taping.
Bought a foamroller today!! I can do all the letter! And it feels great using the foam roller for massaging the muscles (witch is very strained and hurts in my upper back and neck, not caused by golf). Also have a stubborn pain at the side of my left hip…Will use the foam roller for massaging that I think! Thanks for all the good videos!
