How To Stop Using Your Arms

In this tip I am talking about a very common question that I get all the time; how do i stop using my arms or how can I start using my legs. This is a great drill to start to learn using your lower body to hit the golf ball. If you are struggling to use your legs to hit the golf ball then this is the best drill you can be doing right now.

  1. Paul I’m 6/2 it’s been hard to use my hips but I
    I work at it 4 times a week and just staying tallies hard enough but finally getting it I’m 56 years old and hity first drive the other day 270 on the roll ever done that before thank you much also I purchased the ultimate swing trainer but it has been 2 weeks still not come hope I’m not getting ripped off thx again

  2. Thanks for suggesting this drill since it does exactly what you said, namely, forces one to recognize the power source in the swing. I recall seeing on YouTube an interview with Tiger Woods and Butch Harmon when Harmon was Tiger’s coach. Tiger talked about how Butch Harmon would have him do this very drill over and over each day when he was practicing.
