Yet another great tip. Does the weight shift onto the back instep begin in the takeaway or when you go from there up to the top?

What is the effect of the club face on the ball when it is brought back int the way that student brought his club back? I think I have been doing the same thing as that student.
    thanks,

Well, you are fanning it open so usually the person hits it with an open face. Rolling will also make the backswing too flat as you got back so you could lose distance too. A lot of people do this and they are usually out of position at the top so be sure to follow this tip. I am not taking it back with my hands. Create the letter Y and allow your body to take it back.
