In this tip I explain how to stay in motion as you start your swing. You never want to start from a static position.  If you do, you run the risk of tightening up your arms and shoulders before you take the club back.  Watch this tip and start to create a new habit before you take the club back.

    Hi Paul-

What is your feeling on grounding the club verses hovering the club in setup when using the Body Swing?

    Thx,

    -Bob..

      Bob,

You can hover it if you want. I just find when people do that they tighten their arms. Just make sure you keep your arms powerless as you set up.
