Dear Jeremy ,these exercises on one foot are “damn”difficult to perform ,expecially on THE non dominant leg which is weaker .
I do mine close to a pillar or a wall ,because I tend to lose balance.With a full prothesis in each knee ,I have very poor lat

Very difficult indeed. Holding onto a pillar is a great modification. Thank you.
