    Do u have any tips on how to increase flexibility in the golf swing?

    • I sure do! Here’s a link to 10 web pages full of flexibility exercises devoted completely to the golf swing:
      Some of these stretches may not look like a swing but they are designed to stretch and exercise CRITICAL areas of our bodies that will allow us to improve performance as well as maintain safety while playing golf for years to come.
