Some of these stretches may not look like a swing but they are designed to stretch and exercise CRITICAL areas of our bodies that will allow us to improve performance as well as maintain safety while playing golf for years to come.

I like this one. I can do it and it feels good! By the way I do the T Y I W stretch almost every day
