Paul WilsonLotta,
Yes, it takes a little while. I say 3 practice sessions before you will do it without pain and until it is comfortable. Just focus on it. Also watch tonight’s tip. It may shed a little more light on it for you.

DavidHilsabeckHi Paul,
I typically take 1-2 practice swings before the final “real” swing. Do you recommend doing the practice swings prior to approaching the ball and going through the set-up routine so everything is more precise around the ball?
Thanks!

Paul WilsonDavid,
I typically do 2 practice swings to get the feel of what I want to do when I swing in my mind. Then I go through the setup steps and apply this feeling to hit the shot. So yes, I recommend doing the practice swings away from the ball the approaching it and go step by step through the setup making it very precise each time. You don’t want to hit bad shots because your setup was wrong.
