    Hello Paul

Does this also help with maintaining width after impact and avoiding a chicken wing?

    Cheers

      Damien,

It helps to keep the lead arm extended and a wider arc at address. So in a round about way, yes it would help through and past impact.

Would having the inside of my elbows incorrectly positioned facing each other explain why I would draw/hook the ball? It seems if I took my grip with the wrong elbow position , at impact my elbows would face out and the face would rotate. Does this seem right?
