VERY WELL SAID, THIS IS APPLICABLE TO ABOUT ANY FACET OF OUR DAILY LIVES.!!! IT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER IF YOU WERE ABLE TO BLOCK THE BACK-GROUND CHATTER (AUDIO) THAT IS PRESENT.
THANK YOU,

Thanks for you comments!
Sometimes I record these in a placed I do radio segment so it’s patron noise in the background–hopefully it doesn’t distract from the message! .
Yes ,the background noise is a real problem ,all the more that you are difficult to understand.
That being said ,your lecture is excellent :the main things to focus on, are
-Relax ,by letting all your body go loose (Breathing technique ).
– It’s all a matter of good tempo (I prefer the term “tempo”to “rythm”:the “tempo is the time it takes from the beginning of the swing to the end of the swing AND (MOST IMPORTANT ) the ratio between the backswing and the through swing :in the case of a sand save it’s 1/1.You never have to speed up a “Sand save “,it must be a “lazy looking “swing !
