Paul, a couple of years ago, I went over the top a lot. As a beginner, I had no idea what was happening, but now, I do from this great tip.

  2. Hi Paul,

On the Dashboard, lesson A to B is such a valuable one, I do not think anybody
can explain it any better than this !! the best advise I got from that lesson is
that ” you got only one swing”, I have not been able to hit my driver for the last
6 months, now after watching this video I am hitting at 230 to 250 yds. thanks a lot. I have summarised the lession Hinge, trigger, tilt, tough leg, touch head, works
    perfect….. thanks again…

  3. Tilt-Turn-Touch-Tap easy to remember the 4 T’s. Thanks.

Paul should the degree of tilt be the same for all clubs or less for short irons.

Tilt and turn is a breakthrough concept. Tilting seems to actually assist the turn because it has the effect of pushing the hips around. That, combined with one’s lower body trigger, has the potential to produce a powerful and straight shot. I look forward to developing t his with you on Mar 24.

      Dale,

Glad you liked it. So many people don’t have the tilt. This is due to hitting with arms. Get the tilt and you change the path. Keep doing it and I will check it once you get here.

Since I am suppose to be mechanically practicing these positions without swinging. Is this tilt tip one of the positions?

      Norman,

You need to tilt in the downswing. So you would tilt and turn and go to the touch the legs position.

    Paul,

With the tilt, should the pressure in the left foot increase (right handed) or should it be when the turn happens?

      Rob,

As you tilt you would be feeling the weight on the back foot then it would shift as you turn.

To many people want to shift into the forward leg too soon. This send it over the top or hits skyed, topped and thin shots. This is just a drill though. If you hit fat shots you are too stuck on the back foot. Just shift off of it a little better.

    Thanks Paul!

Is it ok to set up, tilt according to club being used and then start backswing? I tried it w/ promising results. Seemed alot easier than taking it back, tilting and then starting downswing.

Hi Paul , great stuff as ever. I saw the tilt the Placket vid too and seems to work really well.
Am I right in thinking you are tilting the placket in the opposite direction in the backswing?
I believe I was tilting it to the right in the backswing and i guess that means a sway so i then have too much right tilt coming down. many thanks Rob K
