BarryWalsonI use straightening my front leg as a downswing trigger. In doing so as soon as I get to the top do I immediately straighten the front let or is it done incrementally?

Paul WilsonGradually. It will not be fully locked until about 3/4 through-swing. Watch these tips to show more:

Steven DWhen I haven’t practiced for a while, I find my balance is off. I then think of holding my follow-through position until the ball has landed (if possible.) Is that something that you’d recommend as a downswing thought?

Paul WilsonFor sure. If you are that off balance, then I would say that you probably need to slow down until the point that you do find balance. Work on the positions, then hold them until the ball stops moving. This will be a quick way for you to continue to learn the balance.
