fretless5In an attempt to use simpler terminology, is it correct that instead of thinking of weight transfer in the downswing, we can think of “pushing off” of the loaded back instep? I’m thinking more like a pitcher pushes off the mound to move his stored energy from his wind up toward home plate? In my mind, if I think “transfer”, I tend to slide left and end up pushing/blocking the ball right.
