Born in England, he moved to America at a young age with his family.

Starting golf later in life then most, he picked up the game quickly and became one of Florida’s top junior players. Mentoring from the age of 17 under one of golf’s top golf instructors, Phil Ritson. Pete was awarded a golf scholorship to play for Florida State University. As a four-year letterman, he placed many top tens throughout his college career. After graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Sports Management, Peter decided to try fo the professional ranks.

Moving to Orlando, Florida which he honed his playing skills on different professional tours. After just a few months turning professional he found his first mini-tour win. During this time, his career low round was a 63 at the Doral Golf Course in Miami. Twelve mini-tour wins, two course records and two PGA Tour Q-Schools later he decided to hang up his playing days and move towards the teaching side of golf.

Managing one of Orlando’s top resort destination courses and this is where he was able to start teaching. From the knowledge gained from his mentor and playing at high levels he was able to assist all types of golfers from the beginner to the professional.

After a brief time working in Colorado, this is when Pete met Paul Wilson and became the Lead Assistant at the Paul Wilson Golf School in Las Vegas, Nevada. From then he has become the On-Course tip provider for ignitiongolf.com
