Hi Paul. I liked your tip on lifting the heel. Your recommending lifting it 2-3 inches. That’s a lot! Watch the video of yourself again and you’ll see that your heel comes up maybe 1 inch. Not even. Also this heel lift may be another downswing trigger to add to your others. How do you feel about that? The instant you plant that heel your hips are back at the ball just where you want them to be. Let us know your thoughts on this and thanks again for all you do.

I am giving a guide to how much some golfers can pick up their heel, if its only 1″ to get you to the 90 degree shoulder rotation then you only pick it up 1″. This is what gets me personally to 90 degree shoulder rotation, but the great majority of golfers that I see need some more so the 2-3″ is a perfect amount. Re-planting your foot would not get your hips to fully rotate, I would like for you to use one of the other triggers.

        Paul,

Actually, I used replanting left heel as you advised to trigger my left hip to turn back and also help me turning my hip back to the ball when I start downswing. It is kind of a trigger for downswing trigger for hip rotation. Any suggestions?

I tried to use your trigger but when I pushed my right foot toe in circle, most of time I swayed to left resulting in fading the ball.

        Thanks
