Jeremy ,I understand that these dynamic exercises you demonstrate are better suited to golf than the classic static ones ,such as the “chair (against a wall ) or the lunge sideways holding light weights or a médicine ball.

I think both styles have ‘their place’ in a training program. Static exercises can really build muscular endurance and stability where dynamic exercises relate well to golf because of joint movement, sequencing, acceleration and deceleration. Thanks for reaching out.
