  1. That was a great interview. Well maybe not quite an interview but wow I really enjoyed it. Learned a lot. I think we all know we need more sleep but it seems to be down the list of our priorities.
So I have to go to bed now.

    • Don,

I didn’t know if anyone would actually care about it but I’m glad people liked it. I have been so exhausted lately so meeting Jim came at the right time. I am very aware of his ideas and hopefully, I can feel more rested. I hope others will do the same. Great guy.

  2. Yes, we underestimate the importance of a good night’s sleep. Jim’s commentary was very informative. Didn’t know that decaf should be off limits after 2 p.m. I must find out what this man has written.

My two cents, golfers? If you snore at all, consider being tested for sleep apnea.

    Take care.

    • Anthony,

Glad you liked it. Thanks. Yes, a lot of people have sleep issues. This can definitely affect your golf performance.

This is quite a treat! He was very informative and quite the personality. I bet he was fun to teach.
I knew about the booze and the coffee but I’ve always struggled with regularity so this is a nice boost in the arm.

    • John,

Yes, he is a great guy. It’s a lot of common sense but like the golf swing we need to be reminded about it.

Wow, what great info. I will apply it.( there seems to be a lot of background noise that I thought was on my end.) Anytime you can present such great info, please continue!
