StevenSchelkunThis is a good exercise and I also use it as a warm-up exercise which I learned from Jeremy Kllinkhammer. May I adds that as with many exercises, you would like to keep your body musculature symmetrical, so I would suggest doing 1t5 to one side and 15 to the other side. I hold on to the edge of the golf cart when at the course.
Thanks

RandMellorHey Paul, using this time we have to really practice my swing——slowly checking positions, using a “SwingMirror” to view various positions, and then have my wife video me in slo-mo further monitor my progress….So yes, trying to use this unfortunate down time to the best use, so please keep the inside videos coming—-they’re very helpful as always..Thx

Paul WilsonWe have a bunch of indoor ones coming your way. This is a great time to finally focus on the positions and drills without the golf ball, ths is something I have been stressing for years; a lot more practice swings and less golf balls. Sounds like you are doing it correctly.

MikeShannonThis tip also allows me to practice staying in posture, keeping my eye behind the ball and reinforces the feeling of the shoulders staying back as the hips start the turn to initiate the downswing. Nice.
