Sometimes when I try to have loose wrist. I flip my right wrist. How can I stop flipping the right wrist and keeping loose wrist???

Paul WilsonThis is a tricky one to get out of, you want to be going very slow and working on the exact progression of how the wrists release to get out of the flipping. At about hte 3/4 way through point you want to be looking at the back of your bottom hand. Here are a couple of tips to watch:
