JohnSteenHi David. I have a little problem , you see human nature make me tighten up my arms as sonn as I try to swing quicker with my lower body. Do you have a drill or proposal of how I can handle that ?

Paul WilsonJohn,
This is not a question for David. This is a question for me.
Watch the tip tonight on how to go from the range to the course. It takes time to increase the speed. You have to be able to do this slow first then you speed up ONLY the rotational speed of the lower body to hit it farther. You are used to using arms so you will go back to doing that until you have trained your body to do it.
