EdwardJockersWondering if I should buy. Swing speed golf program for fifty dollars. Guarantees 30 to 40yds. Distance improvement in 30 days, what do you think?

Paul WilsonEdward,
I think you are taking about Jaacob Bowden. I know him well. Don’t confuse what I teach with what others teach. Correct me if it is not his program. You can always do it and tell me how you do. Be interesting to see if he can get you 30-40 yards. Send me the link so I can check it out.

Paul WilsonDon,
Should be fun. I love meeting IG members. Hope the weather is warm enough. It’s freezing right now.

paulwitkowskiHappy New Year Paul. Should the shaft flex be changed for more club head speed?

Paul WilsonPaul,
Happy New Year too!
This may or may not help. You really need to go to a professional clubfitter to get properly fit for your swing with the right shaft. No 2 shafts are the same. There is no industry standard for shaft flex. So build the swing to where you are happy with it then get fitted.

DerekSharpHello Paul,
I was trying to find some slo-mo views of your golf swing with drivers and irons. But there are so many tips it not so easy to find any.
Could you please send me a few links to tips with slo-mo shots in and I will add them to my favourites so I can store them to view from time to time. It would be very helpful.
Thanks and best regards,
Derek

Paul WilsonDerek,
I have swings here:
https://ignitiongolf.com/start-here/
Scroll down the page and you will see them. Then download them onto your system. I will have to add these as tips too. I will have to wait until our grass turns green again so I can do new video of my swing in slow mo high def.

If I tee up the ball say half an inch, does that mean I should move back from the ball by the same distance? Any rules of thumb for how to position self/ the club so that the club head hits the ball properly when teed.
Many thanks
Brian

Paul WilsonBrian,
No you wouldn’t move back at all. I never have a problem getting people to hit the ball when it’s on a tee. Makes it way easier.
