Never seen anything about the red shirits for one, and the new driver you tested with Gary McCord

There are different opinions regarding how to strike the ball with the driver.
Most teachers tell you to tee higher ,so as to contact the ball with an upward swing .Others (a minority ) tell you a descending blow is all right.
In the coming champions ,long hitter CAMERON CHAMP, exemplifies this way of playing .I myself prefer to tee it low .
If I don’t, I occasionally hit the ball too high on the clubface .I suppose you will cover this issue in your forthcoming lesson .

      Raymond,

A descending blow of a degree or so is fine. Up is fine too. Just depends how you swing. Hitting above center on the face is where you want to hit it. Too high up is not good.

I have the opposite problem as I have too much loft and of course loose distance. What should I be checking on to make improvements?

      Ben,

Club companies what you to hit the ball longer and straighter. They will create anything to get you to do this. Offset clubs put you in a strong grip and hands ahead. When you do this you close the face at the top reducing slice spin. Problem is you now have pulls or pull hooks which are better than slices but still allowing you to have flaws in your swing.

Just imagine I am setting up with an offset club as you watch this tip.
