mikeschickThis might be one of those chicken egg problems. I observe that if my hips are not level, ie tilted back, I tend to hit behind the ball. For me, it seems that a better thought is to keep the hips level rather than feeling the weight come off the back foot. Do you have any thoughts or drills on this?

Paul WilsonYou want to start by getting the weight off of your back foot a the follow-through. This is the first position that you would want to work on. Check out this video:
