AndrewRobsonGreat tip Paul, it explains some recent trouble I have been having. I worked out I was locking my wrists, so when I stopped doing that there was a dramatic improvement. What happens if you don’t come over the top but still lock the wrists? I think that was what I was doing and the results were very erratic.

Paul WilsonAndrew,
You would be hitting pushes and push fades. The severity would depends on how much you were sliding through impact.
Glad you found the issue. Keep them very loose into the future.
