Great reminder. I am sometimes guilty of skipping it all together.

The drill starts and stops, over and over – never experienced this issue before the change

    Hi Paul

When you do the helicopter drill do you resist with the LOWER body as you coil the shoulders?

    Thanks

      Naz,

Yes, you would be keeping the lower stable and loading the weight in the back instep/heel.

  4. Hi Paul

      Basharat,

When I work with people live I can get them to feel it. Just keep feeling it on the right. Stabilize the lower body and coil the upper. Usually the person is moving the lower too much. Once I tighten up the lower they feel it on the left.
