  5. Where can I buy the strap? More importantly, where can I buy some discipline?

    • Do a Google search for Stretch Out Strap (I prefer their booklet rather than the poster). OPTP makes it and they have a website; Amazon too. As for the discipline… an old friend of mine owns a paleo food company with his wife and she does all the social media and marketing. She came up with the saying, ‘Eat like you give a damn about yourself.’ As a kid from the midwest with a healthy dose of guilt-based parenting that slogan has been working well for me in disciplines beyond eating lately. Maybe it will for you too!

  6. WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE STRAP AGAIN?
    HAD TROUBLE HEARING IT CORRECTLY

    THANK YOU,

  7. What an amazing set of stretches. I just purchased the OPTP stretch out strap per a recommendation from my PT (slightly torn meniscus) and will do these hamstring stretches when I receive the strap.

  8. You didn’t mention anything about how long you stretch, i.e., 30 seconds, 60 seconds? and how many repetitions do you normally do?

    thanks
