LouisBondPaul, I have seen instructors telling people to keep your head still. When I do I hit fat shots with NO power.
In your Swing Machine Golf you talk about this & I often wondered why but now I know.

Glad you understand it. Fat shots are easy to fix. Just got to get the weight off the back foot through impact.

Glad you liked it. Mind boggling that there are people out there telling golfers to keep their head still yet no other sport ha you doing his plus when these very same people hit a ball their head moves back. If it moves back in the downswing why not move it back in the backswing? Keep at it. This will give you a ton more power.
