Good lesson Paul. Years ago on the golf channel advertisement they had a product called the Perfect Club. When they were hitting the club in the backswing they would say Per-Fect In the downswing Club. Two syllables back and one syllable down. Does a mantra help?

Paul WilsonFor sure! Any sort of 2 syllable word that will help you get that sort of timing. You never want to rush the backswing.
