  1. Seems like one could work on the flexed knee and keeping your weight on the inside of the left foot at the same time.

  2. I meant inside of the back foot

  3. There’a useful training aid to help you keep the back knee flexed :it’s the “LOAD n FIRE”.You strap it on the back knee and it keeps it flexed during the backswing

    • Raymond,

Yes, not sure people will want to use it though. Seems like a lot of work for most people.

  4. Hi Paul,
I have been working on synchronizing the top part of my torso with the lower part. I heard this as an observation of one of the pros on a golf telecasts and it reminded me of a lesson you had about separation. So I have been tightening my left side while still keeping my arms and wrists loose. The results have been fantastic. I am hitting the ball farther and straighter than ever, both the irons and woods. Could you please direct me to that separation lesson you had? I think I am finally on the right track. This will now cause me to buy a new set of clubs instead of the collection of garage sale rejects I have been playing with. I heard the Calloway XR steel head set was a good one (I’m not sure of the name, but it costs around $500 at Dick’s Sporting goods). Do you have any suggestions? It will be nice to have a 9, 4, and 5 iron.
    cheers,
    ter

  5. Ive been practicing regularly and your system has improved my game 100% when I perform the knee bend in the backswing properly with the correct follow through I get a great shot everytime
    Thanks Paul

    • Jerry,

Very good. This is a vital position in your swing so stay focused on it until you are doing ti without thinking about it.

      Glad you are doing well.
