PeterEspositoPaul,
As always, a good lesson.
I want to make a point though about the hand grip. I need to have a firm hand grip to avoid floppy looseness in the arms that causes me to hit the ground early. A tighter grip gives me control over the swing arc with loose wrists, weightless arms, and free body movement.

Paul WilsonPeter,
I have always said you need a secure grip and loose wrists.
Secure Grip Loose Wrists: https://ignitiongolf.com/secure-grip-loose-wrists/
So you definitely want a secure grip. Just remember to start with your grip pressure at 2 out of 10 so you don’t tighten your arms before you take it back.

EdwardRamonasPaul I’m a new member and really enjoy your videos. I’m starting to hit the ball better (more solid and farther!!!) Do you have any videos/drills to help me better keep my upper left arm connected to my body as shown in your Swing Machine book (the “Connection” drill? Regards, Ed
