    When I was young ,I was very supple in the shoulders (I was a butterfly and crawl champion) but with age coming (I’m 79 ) I’ve become pretty tight in my shoulders and rotators ,and these exercises will help .
    I practise another one where I “pull “my extended arm across my torso with the other arm .
    Your’s seems better .

    great! have you done any tips about strengthening the lower back. last time i golfed i couldn’t move for a week – threw my lower back out.
