  1. Paul,

Once again you knock it out of the park. I’ve always said that shaft lean can’t be intentionally induced but rather it is a by-product of doing everything else correctly. Here you show us that we achieve this via loose wrists and following other components of your swing teachings.

I am constantly reading some really bad instruction out there on shaft lean. I’m glad you gave us the rosetta stone to achieve it.

    Thanks
    Mike

  2. so correct.i tried to force lean.one went straight and the other nine shots did a 30 to 45 degree right on me.think i’ll stick with paul’s method russ

Thanks Paul, I just joined and I’ve been trying to hold that angle and lock up to look like a pro and it’s been hurting and I’m just not sure why so many coaches seem to teach holding arms and just try to move Body while locking everything else.. Maybe it’s works for kids?? . I tried to losen up everything today for the first time and I’m hitting so much better and more consistent. I don’t feel drained after a range session. Thanks so much. I still need to learn to use the hips to initiate the downswing rather than pull my arms. I Wil keep practicing forgetting my arms.

Hello Surjit, if you are hitting the ball solidly you will get compression on every full swing you do.
