Look like great exercises. Good overall. But, somewhat confusing when coupled with Swing Machine Golf and the whole idea of getting power from the tension in the shoulder rotation and keeping the arms powerless. Are these exercises inconsistent with that approach to golf?

Sorry for the confusion. I think the main thing I’m getting at with these exercises is full body energy transfer to achieve speed and explosiveness. Powerless arms is a fantastic approach and people excel in that approach with proper sequencing from the ground to the object their holding.
