Yes, you do not want to lose sight of the golf ball while in your backswing. If you lose sight of it, it can be tough to make contact with it again. Watch this tip:

Paul, when you’re actually making contact with the ball, how much of your weight has moved to your forward leg? When fully loaded on your back leg, you say that about 80% of your weight is on your back leg, and at the end of your swing, about 90-100% of your weight should be on your forward leg…..So again, approximately how much weight has transferred to your forward leg at the moment of impact? It is not an immediate transfer of weight from your back leg to your front foot when hitting a golf ball. This can send you over the top if you do this too soon. Check out this tip:
