You hit the nail on the head with this video. Unfortunetaly I find myself castigating myself a lot since I have a lot of bad shots . Hard to not blame yourself but I shall try this .

Great tip! “I” coupled with negativity is now out of my vocabulary!
Question, I have a playing partner and often my competitor in club events that likes to remind me how much I hate the shot I now have. Like, ” Great drive, but now you’ve put yourself in a downhill lie, which you hate!” What do I do with that? I’ve asked for her not to say that but it always seem to come out in a jab or joke. Any advice? Not playing with her is not an option.
